Story

Get to Know Me

As a qualified midwife, I left the NHS due to the limitations imposed on the care I could provide. After many years in healthcare, I realized it was no longer my desired path, which led me to a fulfilling career in Administration. However, I felt a void that massage therapy, a long-held interest of mine, could fill. Upon feeling prepared, I embarked on my massage therapy journey, starting with Swedish massage and discovering it was my calling. I expanded my expertise to include Reflexology, Colour Therapy, and Reiki. Before any treatment, I conduct a thorough consultation with the client and offer aftercare advice. Rest assured, I am fully insured for all the treatments I provide.

Exciting Changes Coming Soon to My Practice 🌸

I’m making some gentle changes to how I run my therapy services, and I wanted to keep you in the loop.


Massage Therapy and Reflexology sessions will continue to be offered under Claire Willatts Massage Therapy, just as before.


However, I’ll soon be moving all holistic therapies—including Reiki, Animal Reiki, Colour Therapy, and Hypnotherapy—under a new part of my practice called Lotus Bloom Holistic Therapies and Hypnotherapy.


There will be a separate price list for Massage Therapy and for Holistic Therapies, which I’ll share on social media once everything is in place.


💡 What does this mean for you? Not much will change—except that invoices will now reflect the updated business names depending on the treatment you receive.
